3.3 Shipping

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may incur customs fees.

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are unused, in original packaging, and resalable
• You provide proof of purchase

Hygiene Restrictions: We cannot accept returns on opened:

• Intimate care products
• Bath & shower items
• Body washes and cleansers
• Facial care products

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

4. Ship items to our return center

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
