At Daily Care Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural personal care products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following opened products:
  • Intimate care items
  • Bath & shower products
  • Body washes
  • Cleansers & Face Wash
  • Facial cleansers

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number
  5. Ship the package to our return center (address will be provided in your return instructions)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs fees that are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
