Fushi Organic Calendula Oil

Calendula oil is an excellent oil to have handy at all times for its immense anti-inflammatory properties and healing action due to it’s antiseptic properties. It can also be used for inflamed and itchy skin conditions as well as applied topically on infections, burns and irritations to the skin. It promotes cell regeneration and helps reduce scars too. 

Calendula is commonly used for acne, eczema, psoriasis, nappy rash, sore cracked nipples, dry chapped skin, wounds, varicose veins, thread and spider veins. Using the oil neat is one of the safest ways to nourish and moisturise very sensitive skin as it is such a pure and simple remedy.

Fushi Calendula oil is made by infusing fresh Calendula petals, left to infuse under pressure for 3 months in Organic Sweet Almond oil. The cold pressed Organic Almond oil  is easily absorbed into skin. It is also one of the best multi-purpose base oils, almost odourless and an excellent lubricant. Sweet Almond oil resists oxidisation which makes it the ideal carrier oil.
